SHIPPING:
Standard UPS rates apply.  No added handling charges.

Please let us know if you require any special shipping needs and we
will do our best to accommodate you. To make arrangements, please
email PBHQ@parabellumcollection.com

Additional shipping costs for rejected or returned to shipper packages
are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking information is sent once the order has been processed and
shipped. Orders are usually shipped the day after they are placed, but contact us directly if you need it sooner.
Orders placed over a weekend will be shipped the following Monday.

PARABELLUM is not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods.

RETURNS:
We are happy to accept returns for items within 7 days of order
delivery. The returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains,
odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new.
Returned items must have the original packaging attached and must be
accompanied with a copy of the receipt. We offer you the option of
exchange or refund. Refunds are credited to the original form of
payment.

To return merchandise, email us at PBHQ@Parabellumcollection.com for return
authorization.

Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for
returns and exchanges. PARABELLUM does not assume responsibility for
reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit
without proof of delivery to PARABELLUM.

TAX:
Sales tax is charged on orders shipped within California at the local tax rate.

CREDIT CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED. IF YOUR CREDIT CARD HAS ALREADY BEEN
CHARGED AND YOUR ORDER IS CANCELED, PARABELLUM SHALL ISSUE A CREDIT
